Robert Pattinson, an English actor, musician, and model, was born on May 13, 1986 in London, England. Robert is the son of Clare who worked for a modeling agency, and his father, Richard, imported vintage cars from the U.S. His siblings are Lizzy and Victoria.
Robert, at the age of 15, started acting in amateur plays with the Barnes Theatre Company. He had supporting roles in the film Ring of the Nibelungs (2004) as Giselher and Mira Nair's Vanity Fair. In 2005, Robert Pattinson took the role for Cedric Diggory in the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Robert received three MTV Movie Awards for playing Edward Cullen in the film "Twlight" (2008).
The awards he received for Twilight were Breakthrough Performance Male, Best Kiss, and Best Fight. Pattinson was awarded in Hello Magazine's Most Attractive Man Award of 2008 and named in the Rolling Stone Magazine's Hottest Actor of 2008.
Pattinson plays guitar, piano, and composes his own music. He sings two songs "Never Think" and "Let Me Sign" on the Twilight soundtrack. Pattinson enjoys playing darts and pool. Robert says that Jack Nicholson is his acting inspiration.
